Following the refurbishment of Trafford House, South Street Capital are delighted to announce the completion of the refurbishment of 95,040sq ft at Southmoor Industrial Estate, M23 9XD.

Providing a unique high-bay facility (22.75m eaves), within easy reach of Manchester City Centre, the national motorway network and Manchester Airport, Knight Frank and Williams Sillitoe have been appointed as joint letting agents at Southmoor.
The concept design for the project was created by Pickled Spider, with architectural design and project management by Wainwrights. J Mills were the main contractor for the refurbishment.
