Planning approval granted at Roseland Business Park, Newark

We are delighted to announce that Roseland Business Park has been granted outline planning consent for B1, B2 & B8 use on 22 acres of development land.

Roseland Business Park now has consent to provide an additional 400,000 sq. ft. of commercial space on the established 105 acre site. Following the latest completed D&B warehouse (30,000 sq. ft. for Bennington Foods completed in October 2019), Roseland is now able to accommodate D&B projects for single units up to 250,000 sq. ft.

Helen Macrow of South Street Capital commented  ‘I am delighted that the Local Authority has given outline consent for the expansion of Roseland Business Park, and am looking forward to being part of the next phase of development at Roseland’.

Roseland Business Park is situated centrally in the UK with immediate access to the A1 dual carriageway. It is sited immediately to the south west of Long Bennington on the western side of the A1 and benefits from direct access via a private road (approximately 1.25 miles distance). Long Bennington is equidistant between Newark and Grantham, each being approximately 7 miles from the north and south-east respectively.
