South Street Capital Clean up with Major Lease Regear with Global Household Product Manufacturer

South Street Capital, acting as asset manager on behalf of a private overseas client, have secured a major lease regear with global household cleaning manufacturer, Star Brands, at Hunt End Industrial Estate in Redditch.

Star Brands who have been a tenant at Hunt End Industrial Estate since 2006 have expanded over time and now occupy 63,500 sq ft across 8 units. Star Brands have now extended their lease commitment through to 2040 following the completion of recent works to install new roofs on all the units they occupy. 

Hunt End Industrial Estate which comprises 130,000 sq ft of industrial and warehouse units, is well located 2 miles south of Redditch town centre and 7 miles from both the M42 and M5 Motorways. The estate is currently fully let with units ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft.
