What We Do

 
We source, acquire and asset manage real estate in the UK to meet agreed mandates from our clients. We can also provide supporting administrative services for private investors where required including assistance with raising debt and co-ordinating with tax and other professional advisers

We only accept mandates where the client retains ownership and custody of the assets managed by us. We do not manage funds but will act as UK asset managers or sector sub-managers.

Although we are driven by the mandates given to us by our clients, we are typically non-consensus in our investment approach.  We believe that real estate is a business, not just an alternative asset class, and that the value and performance of individual assets depends on creative, focussed and detailed management; accordingly we do not generally accept mandates unless we are the asset manager.

We have an in-house asset management team which supervises the implementation of the detailed business plan we create, with our clients, for each asset we manage.

We see continuing opportunities (on a selective basis) to utilise the strong asset management skills of our team in multi-let commercial property across the UK; we currently manage some 4.0 million sq ft of industrial space with more than 500 tenants.
