Keith Holman

Director and founding shareholder

Keith trained as a lawyer before a career as an investment banker in London with Lazards and in Hongkong where he jointly started the Warburg's Hong Kong joint venture with Bank of East Asia and thereafter joined Wardley (HSBC's then investment bank) as its Head of Corporate Finance. He was, inter alia, Deputy Chairman of Kowloon Development Company and a Director of Harvey Nicholls.

In the early 1990s, in partnership with a group of investors, he took control of Raglan Properties plc, a UK listed property company on the point of bankruptcy. Over the next 12 years Keith and his co-investors grew the company and privatised it in 2000, progressively selling out its assets until final disposal in 2005.  Since then he has been a continuing investor, with others, in the UK commercial and residential real estate market.
